Food mini-review: Yogurt burst Cheerios
On the plus side, they taste so good, the ones with the "yogurt burst" flavor.
On the negative, they have a load of sugar, negating the nutrional benefit of Cheerios.
Factor Rating: Avoid or use small quantities.

MLK is one of the few holidays that....
MLK is one of the few holidays that transcends religion, race, nationality, it has actual meaning and it has managed to avoid "secularization" (no Santas, no easter bunnies, no elfs).
On a related note for eBayers, the Post Office is closed today in observance of MLK day.

Isn't it ironic?
Free Speech was endangered once again when the conservatives and their allies tried to chase Howard Stern off the radio. Even though I am not a big fan of Howard Stern, his case was very important in safeguarding Free Speech. So now he has found a home on Sirius satellite radio, free from the long arm of the censors and conservatives. All is well for him and Sirius but there is a price to pay for free speech: Sirius has a monthly fee. So you have to ...pay for ...free speech. Isn't it ironic? :-)

Embedded commercials (aka Product Placement)
They call it "product placement" but they really are "embedded commercials". What's that? When your favorite actor uses her iMac, listens music on her iPod, drives his BMW, sneazes into a Kleenex with Aloe tissue, eats a KitKat bar, etc, etc.
