Nutrition Tip of the Day!
When buying breakfast cereal, here is a simple rule of thumb:
If the cereal has more than 5-6g of Sugars per serving, AVOID IT! AVOID IT!. The only exception is for high-fiber cereal (eg frosted mini-wheatties) as sugar makes them easier to eat :-)

Hi,
I've been googling for blogs on lose weight and came across your site.
I have a new site that I'm pretty excited about. It promotes a great new company called Agel. You may have already heard of it. They produce a new nutrition technology which involves gel suspention.
Anyway, please check it out at my website http://www.success.agelteamhq.com.
All the best,
Bradford
