Food Diary: Tuesday

Good
  • water
  • 1 teaspoon of low fat cottage cheese with 3 scoops of strawberry jam (or was it the other way round?)
  • TJ sheppards pie
  • pesto tortellini bowl (0g tranny fats, 4g sugars)
  • top secret semi-healthy snack

    Bad
  • Peets Swirl
  • 3 slices of Hershey's Toffee & Almonds swoops
  • one Iced Bear Mocha (secret recipe will be revealed soon!)
  • 12 oz Diet Pepsi with lemon twist

    Cravings
  • big juicy steak
  • one sheet of tiramisu
