Food diary: Monday

Good
  • water
  • medium bowl Post Honey bunches of oats with 1% milk
  • healthy-ish omelette
  • two open-face sandwiches with 98% fat free Trader Joe ham
  • 16 oz Strawberries (with Lite whipped cream)

    Bad
  • One iced Bear Mocha (the secret recipe will be revealed in a future blog post)
  • Kozy Shack Flan (150 calories)
  • One Yoplait Whip (150 calories)
  • 1 scoop of Ben & Jerry coffee heath bar
  • 8oz Sobe Liz Blizz
  • 8oz Coca Cola Zero
