Food Diary: Friday

Good
  • Lots of water
  • medium bowl of Post Honey bunches of Oats with Almonds with 1% milk
  • 1 Trader Joe fruity yogurt
  • open face sandwich (3 slices of 98% fat-free TJoe ham, 2 slices bread)

    Bad
  • 50% of half of a loaf of garlic bread (oink oink!)
  • Kettle Chips: Seasalt and vinegar (750 calories!)
  • 20 oz Pepsi One (2 calories)
