Sandisk is the #2 MP3 player ...player!
What? Yes! Well according to research firm NPD group, they have a 6% market share:

The unwashed masses are of course lining up to pay for the iPods giving Apple a 2/3rds market share - 65.7%
Mr Sam Sung (aka Tri Star) has decided that they will become a global #1 by 2007.
