MTV and VH1 really have a new name: CW-TV!
CW-TV which would stand for.... Celebrity Worship TV!
Once upon a time they played music, now they are "chronicling" the lives of celebrities and faux-celebrities instead ;-)

Poor Tower Records
The bankrupcy judge decided to give Tower Records to the highest bidder who wanted to liquidate the stores and that they have started doing :-(
The 2nd highest bidder was the company behind "fye" stores and they would have kept a lot of the Tower Record stores. Unfortunately they did not win the bid :-(
So now Tower Records is on a clearance sale, 10% off music CDs, 20% off books and 30% magazines. As time goes by the discounts will undoubtedly get higher...
So grab a piece of Tower Records memorabilia... :-)

Well not their website - it is currently down. This from a place that wants to help millions of people build all sorts of things. And they can't even keep their website up and running. How sad!

Dennis Miller having sex with Sean Hannity?
A very scandalous and embrarassing situation for Faux News star Sean Hannity. When prompted by Jon Stewart on Comedy Central to chose between Hannity or Colmes, Dennis Miller said he's rather have sex with Sean Hannity simply because Hannity would really hate it. When discussing this on their show (Hannity and Colmes) Hannity was visibly and extremely uncomfortable with the situation. Another deep closet? :-0)
Divine justice?
Almost every time there is an election, certain segments of the republican party bring up "gay issues" as a wedge and divisive issue in order to energize their homophobic and religious fanatics/radicals of the "christian coaltion" and beyond. This time the tables seem to be turn: A very embarassing "gay issue" five weeks before election day is a major major headache for the republicans that goes by the name of Mark Foley. Divine Justice?

A9 discount is OVER!
Sad news for Amazon shoppers! The A9 discount offered by Amazon is over! Amazon had to reboot and apparently downgrade their A9 services and features, and one of the things that had to go was the A9 discount (1.57% off, which is approximately PI/2). This is as of two days ago according to a message posted by A9 at A9.com
